Quality Assurance

Task Consultancy maintains a highly developed Quality Assurance Management System, that specifies the Policies, Procedures and Work activities that Task Consultancy will use in all its dealings with its Clients and Suppliers of products and services. This Quality Assurance Management System has been independently audited and certified by Telarc New Zealand as fully compliant with the AS / NZS ISO 9001 standard.

The Consultancy also maintains commitment to Continuous Improvement and Total Quality Management practices and adopts a strict strategy that includes an internal and external review by the Client. This ensures that work is developed in a controlled way to meet cost, time and quality objectives.

As part of our support responsibilities, we operate the following quality assurance policy and procedures:

  • Ensure the related needs are understood and quality levels agreed.
  • Confirm those needs can be fulfilled and within an agreed time.
  • Undertake regular inspection of the work in progress
  • Use appropriately qualified personnel for specific work.
  • Use appropriate technology.
  • Keep records of work in progress for audit by Client Company appointees.
  • Arrange backup of resources when necessary or desirable.

The level of service and support is determined wherever possible by national standards, regulations, statutes or guides. Where there no such determining level exists, traditional service practices prevail.

Philosophy

As part of its strategic plan, the Consultancy delivers its services to a limited range of selected Client companies. This enables us to concentrate on Client specific needs rather than be driven by haphazard opportunity. This customer-oriented focus ensures us is able to deliver effective solutions to the ongoing needs and requirements of our valued Clients.
